During the blistering summer of 1941, Joe DiMaggio and Ted Williams terrorized American League pitchers as they re-wrote the record books. DiMaggio and his 56-game hitting streak ultimately prevailed as the MVP over the upstart Williams and his .406 batting clip. This pair of single-signed OAL baseballs from DiMaggio (d.1999) and Williams (d.2002) are worthy remembrances of these legendary sluggers. Penned squarely on the sweet spots of these sparkling clean baseballs, both blue ink signatures grade in the (9) range. These attractive autographs come are necessities in any Hall of Fame collection and come with an auction COA from James Spence Authentications.
