Presented is a 1960 Philadelphia Eagles team-signed football from the season in which the squad won its last NFL title. The cream-colored “official” Eagles football contains the signatures of (36) team members on two panels. The majority of autographs are signed in blue ink, while the dated salutation for the lucky fan who received this souvenir is penned in purple. Although this ball reveals moderate soiling throughout, most signatures are still legible and grade in the (“5”) range with some better and others lesser. Some of the more recognizable names include Barnes, Baughan, Bednarik, Brookshier, T. Brown, Campbell, Cogdell, Dean, Freeman, B. Jackson, G. Johnson, Jurgensen, Lucas, McDonald, Peaks (d.2007), Reichow, Retzlaff, J. Richardson, Reynolds, Robb, Shaw (d.1977), J. Smith, Van Brocklin (d.1983), Walston (d.1987) and Weber.
