Presented is a pair of vintage tabletop baseball games from the 1940s-1950s. Included are 1.) circa 1950’s “Batter-Up Electric Box-Score Game”. This attractive game is adorned by a colorful glass spinning wheel which reveals numbers that corresponds with each team in the American and National League. Despite moderate glass and panel wear, this game is in full working order; 2.) circa 1941-1942 “Play Ball” five-cent arcade game. This multi-colored “game of skill” is accompanied by the original key. The wood paneling is intact, while the colorful surface reveals moderate surface abrasions and scuffing. 1.) circa 1950’s “Batter-Up Electric Box-Score Game”. This attractive game measures approximately 11-3/4 x 11-3/4 x 4-3/4” and is adorned by a colorful glass spinning wheel which reveals numbers that corresponds with each team in the American and National League. There are four moderately worn red-painted wooden panels that contain an “on-off” switch, a pair of game levers, and an electric extension cord. Despite moderate glass and panel wear, scuffing, and scratching, this game is in full working order. Manufacturer is not identified; 2.) circa 1941-1942 “Play Ball” five-cent arcade game. This multi-colored “game of skill” measures approximately 10x14x6 and is accompanied by the original key. The wood paneling is intact, while the colorful surface reveals moderate surface abrasions, contusions and scuffing. It is presumed that this game of chance is in working order. Manufacturer is not identified.
