Offered is a quartet of early tobacciana items that range from the 1880s to the turn-of-the century. At the foremost is a framed and matted 19x23 1880s Richmond Straight Cut tobacco advertisement (dimensions of print are 12-1/2 x 15-1/2). This vibrant antiquity exudes incredible aesthetic appeal with moderately worn gilt edges and a piercing blue backdrop that conceals moderate scuffing. Also present is a 1880s Allen & Ginter Richmond Mixture canister (GD, some scraping), circa 1910s open Recruit Little Cigars slide box (FR, 1909 tax stamp) and an additional dated 1954 unopened Recruit Little Cigar package (EX-MT, 1926 tax stamp).
