Offered is a 1929 Green Bay Packers program from the last season HOFer Curly Lambeau played for the Packers. The program is from the teamís last home game of the season, October 20, 1929 and features player/coach Lambeau on the cover. The Packers played their first five games at home that season and their last eight games on the road, but that did not stop them from winning the league championship. This particular game was played against the Minneapolis Red Jackets, which the Packers won, 24-0, not uncommon for this juggernaut team that shutout 10 of their 13 opponents. The program is in VG-EX condition with the cover showing very mild wear. The back cover has light staining along the upper border, and the interior pages are clean. The two center pages are detached from the staples but are intact.
