The offered 1941 Play Ball four-card uncut strip is noteworthy for its blazing colors, crease-free surface and undeniable scarcity. This pre-war printing press survivor is comprised of card numbers #49-52 from the more difficult high series. Player selection includes Dahlgren, Cooney, Camilli and Higbe. Measuring approximately 10 x 3-1/4, this cardboard is also precisely cut and is barely affected by slight corner touches. This preeminent display piece is a fine accompaniment to any 1941 Play Ball collection.
